Web.cloud delivers managed technology within the Victoria's Web relationship. Exact scope, SLA and rates are in your proposal or agreement.
Party / operator: Sunny Group B.V. Operated by Sunny Group B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 42128925, VAT ID NL869854537B01).
Victoria's Web and Web.cloud are brand/service names under which these services are presented; not registered trade names at the Chamber of Commerce.
Services: management of agreed domains, email, hosting, servers, applications and support.
Third-party provider costs may be passed through as stated in the proposal.
You keep ownership of what is yours; we manage within the agreement.
Offboarding: on termination we cooperate on a clean handover.
Liability: limited to what the agreement states; no zero-downtime guarantee for third parties.
